If you are a seller I can counsel you as to the best stategy for you. That may include a short sale, payment modification, traditional sale, structuring seller financing, or even foreclosure in some circumstances.

Myself and my company Real Estate Investment Firm actively make all cash offers on short sales, bank owned properties, and foreclosure auction properties on behalf of our investor clients. We have a private money cash fund that is available for our clients to use.
